My roots are in Pittsburgh, PA, where I studied graphic design and marketing in college. Though my passion for helping others led me to customer service, my artistic skills remain sharp and give me an edge when it comes to creating compelling content that inspires users to take action.
With six years of experience managing content for my company’s Help Center, I have created and curated over 50,000 pieces of content for an audience of 5 million+ users per year. By utilizing data analytics to drive high engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams on UI/UX, marketing, change & project management, I deliver optimized content that resonates with the target audience.
My core values (both professionally and as a mom) are honesty & integrity across all communication, and creativity & innovation to craft effective work that stands out from the crowd. I believe in being transparent with my clients, and I take pride in delivering high-quality work.
When I’m not writing or strategizing, you can find me enjoying a good book or playing board games with my husband Marc and daughter Aleyah (we have a collection of over 270 board games and I love to explore game theory). I also use mixed media to create expressive pieces of art.
